SMS Conversations

Your AI agent can now send and receive SMS messages. Customers get automatic text follow-ups after calls, and you can reply to any conversation from the dashboard.

Full two-way SMS support is live. When a caller hangs up, your agent can send a follow-up text with booking confirmations, directions, or next steps. Customers can text back, and the AI handles the conversation — or you can jump in manually from the SMS inbox.

Google Calendar Booking

Your AI agent can now book appointments directly into Google Calendar during calls. Callers hear available slots, pick a time, and the booking appears in your calendar — all hands-free.

Connect Google Calendar in the integrations tab and your agent handles the rest. During a call, it checks your real-time availability, offers slots to the caller, and creates the event with all the details.
